I welcome you to join me for an hour of calm. An opportunity for you to 'fill your cup' to feel fully relaxed, rested and restored.
Each session we'll 'connect, breathe, focus and relax' using a variety of different methods, exploring topics such as self compassion, gratitude, kindness, positive self talk, stress and anxiety relief, sleep support, meditation made easy, mindfulness for the family, with a different focus topic each week.
I'll share breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises and guided meditations to suit all levels, whether this is your first attempt at meditating, or you've been practicing for a while. This is an opportunity for you to experience a wide range of meditations and guided visualisations designed to help you find your true inner sense of calm and contentment.
